Wooddale Capital is a private investment firm focused on investing in or acquiring lower middle market and owner-operated businesses.  We make long-term investments in companies that have potential for growth, and we directly invest our own funds to support growth, liquidity, and ownership transitions.  Since we are not a fund, our focus is on building great companies and we have the ability to remain a partner for the long term.
